Human Resource and Compensation Committee

The SERC Human Resources and Compensation Committee provides oversight of risks related to SERC’s human resources and staffing needs and compensation and benefits. Overall, the Human Resources and Compensation Committee ensures that compensation methods are consistent with the Corporation’s mission, vision, and value, and that compensation strategies, policies, and plans will enhance the Corporation’s ability to attract and retain skilled leadership
