Napoleon is the Senior Director of Program Services and oversees SERC’s Business Services, Business Process/Risk Assessment, and Technical Resources departments. He also oversees all Corporate Services including all aspects of the finance function, the management information and IT systems and facilities.
Before joining SERC Napoleon served as Vice President of Customer Operations for Entergy Mississippi, Inc. directing the company’s customer service and relations departments, commercial and industrial accounts, economic development, external affairs and facilities management. He also served as Director of Safety and Entergy Continuous Improvement (ECI) for the company’s utility group which created internal safety programming and field support and spearheaded the company’s Platts Global Energy Awards and Top Industry Practice Award processes.
Prior to Entergy, Napoleon worked for 17 years with South Carolina Electric and Gas, holding positions in both management and engineering.
Napoleon received Bachelor of Science Degrees in Engineering and Biology from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the American Association of Blacks in Energy, the Golden Key International Honor Society and has served as vice-chair on the Board of United Way of the Capital Area.
