Erin joined SERC Reliability Corporation in 2014 as the Director of Human Resources (HR) providing leadership on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and employee relations.
With over 15 years of HR experience across a wide range of industries, Erin has held several senior-level positions focusing on compensation and benefits, strategic planning, compliance, recruiting, and training.
Erin received a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and a Master of Science in Organization and Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. She also holds the certifications of Society for HR Management-Senior Certified Professional and Senior Professional in HR. In addition to her duties with SERC, Erin serves on the Charlotte Area Society for Human Resources (CASHRM) Board of Directors as well as the North Carolina State HR Conference Board of Directors.
